How To Make Apple jam Recipe 

Ingredients:

 - Apples: 1 kg (medium size)

 - Sugar: 1 kg

 - Water: 2 cups

 - Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

 - Cinnamon stick: 1 pc (optional)

 - Cardamom: 4-5 seeds (optional)


 Recipe:


 1. Preparation of Apples:

    - Wash the apples well and dry them.

    - Peel the apple.

    - Put the apples in water so they don't turn black.


 2. **Prepare the Sauce:**

    - Put water and sugar in a pan and put it on the stove.

    - Dissolve sugar well in water and cook on low heat to make syrup.

    - Cook the syrup till it thickens.


 3. **Cook apples in syrup:**

    - Remove the apples from the water and put them in the syrup.

    - Also add cinnamon stick and cardamom (if you want to use) to the syrup.

    - Cook the apples in the syrup over low heat until they are soft but not completely broken.

    - This process may take about 20-25 minutes.


 4. **Add lemon juice:**

    - When the apples are soft, add the lemon juice to the syrup.

    - Lemon juice makes the syrup transparent and adds flavor to it.


 5. **Save the jam:**

    - When the syrup thickens well and the apples are cooked completely, switch off the stove.

    - Allow the jam to cool.

    - Fill the jam in a clean and dry glass jar and close the jar tightly.


 6. **Prepared Jam:**

    - Delicious apple jam is ready.  Use it for breakfast or as a dessert anytime.


 This apple jam is very flavorful and you can store it for a long time.
