How to make chilli, lemon, potatoes, pickles
Ingredients:
Fresh desi green chili half kg
Half a kilo of fresh lemon
potato
Turmeric
salt
Celery
Fennel Seed
Kalonji
Rye
Fenugreek seeds
Mustard oil
Recipe:
Wash and dry half a kilo of chilli, half a kilo of lemon.
Cut it and put 2 spoons of turmeric and 2 spoons of salt in a closed plastic bucket and close the lid well.
After 4 to 5 hours, chili and lemon water will come out. Put it in a basket and squeeze the water well.
If the water dries up, keep it in the sun or under a fan to dry it further.
And now mix achari spices half a teaspoon of celery, 2 spoons of fennel, 2 spoons of kalonji, 2 spoons of rye, 2 spoons of fenugreek seeds and grind them coarsely and mix well.
Then add one spoon of salt and 4 cups of mustard oil.
Boil the potatoes 70% and dry them well and mix them in the pickle.
Note:
(People completely close the pot from the top, which causes acidity and spoils the pickle. It is better to tie a muslin cloth on top and leave the pot half open) and stir it with a clean wooden spoon 1 to 2 times a day. The pickle is ready in a few days
