Dry Fruit Powder

For physical strength and energy

It will make you want to work. Laziness and laziness will go away. 


Ingredients 

Almond nuts 100 grams

Cashew nuts 100 grams

Pistachio nuts 50 grams

Walnut nuts 50 grams

White poppy seeds 2 tablespoons

Four seeds 50 grams

Green cardamom 10-12 pieces

Sugar (powder): As per taste

You can add white sesame seeds and roasted coconut. 

Recipe Preparation 


1. Preparation of dry fruits

Clean all the dry fruits and peel them if necessary.

Dry roast the almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios and walnuts separately in small batches so that their color turns light golden and their aroma starts to come out.

2. Preparation of poppy seeds and cardamom

Lightly roast the poppy seeds in a pan so that its aroma intensifies.

 Remove the cardamom seeds and lightly roast them along with the poppy seeds.


3. Making dry fruit powder

- Let the roasted dry fruits cool completely.

- After cooling, put them all in a mixer or grinder and make a fine powder.

- Grind the poppy seeds and cardamom too and mix them in the dry fruit powder.


4. Add sugar 

- If you like it sweet, mix the sugar powder as per your taste.


5. Storing the mixture 

- Store the prepared dry fruit mixture in a clean and dry jar.

- Add this mixture to milk, porridge or any dessert and use it.


How to serve

- This mixture will make your breakfast nutritious and you can add it to the dessert of your choice.
