Lahori White Chicken Kadhahi recipe and cooking

Lahore white chicken kadhahi 

Ingredients:

Chicken, half kg

Onion, 3 pcs 

Garlic paste, half teaspoon.

Ginger, one inch piece finely chopped

Green chillies finely chopped 3 or 4 pcs

Ground black pepper, half a teaspoon

Ground hot spices, half a teaspoon

Coriander, finely chopped, a little

Fresh cream, 6 tablespoons

Salt, half a teaspoon

Cooking oil, 4 tbsp

Composition:

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and salt, mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Now add onions, garlic, black pepper, cook for another 15 minutes, add green chilies and fry so that the flavor of the chilies is absorbed in the chicken. When the chicken leaves the oil, add fresh cream and cook for 2 minutes. At the end, add ginger and keep it on the tail for 2 minutes. Do not use water sparingly
