Ingredients:

Potato: 1 kg

Rice: 1/2 kg 

Black pepper: 8 pcs

Cloves: 8 pcs

Cinnamon: 2 sticks

Fennel: 1 tbsp

Ground Coriander: 1 tsp

Ground black pepper: 1 tbsp

Green chillies (ground): 6 pcs

Green chilli proven: 6 nos

Tomatoes 3 pcs

Yogurt: 1/2 cup

Aloo Bukhara: 8 pcs

Salt: As per taste

 Oil: As required

Garlic ginger paste: 2 tbsp

Ground hot spices: 1/2 tsp

Recipe:-

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, cloves, black pepper and crackle. Then add potatoes, garlic ginger paste curd, ground green chillies, ground hot spices, ground black pepper, and ground fennel, coriander and fry it. Add a little water and cook until the potatoes are cooked. Now add the pre-soaked rice. And put some water and cook first on high and then low heat. When the water starts to dry up, add the diced tomatoes, green chillies and potatoes and keep it on the tail. Delicious potato pulao is ready.
